Lessons From The Long Run
A rare opportunity to stop and consider life's journey...
The Lessons From The Long Run course uses the exercise, activity and journey of running to open the student's eyes to thoughtfully consider their lives, love and legacy. It is designed for everyone; runners and non-runners alike as a true motivational tool for getting more out of the "race" known as life.
The course is divided into 26.2 lessons to correspond with mile markers in a marathon. The lessons (mile markers) include a title, scripture reference, content, question, challenge and an opportunity to answer challenge / journal questions.
